The CAS Annual Meeting will be held November 3-6, 2024, at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Registration information is posted below.

The 2024 CAS Annual Meeting in-person registration fee includes educational sessions, three continental breakfasts, a luncheon on Tuesday, refreshment breaks, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and the Monday Night Dinner. Please note the special one-day registration for Active Candidates* on Monday, November 4. The fee is $350 and includes educational sessions, as well as Monday's breakfast and refreshment breaks

The spouse/guest registration fee includes three breakfasts, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and the Monday Night Dinner.  This registration fee does not include educational sessions.

The 2024 CAS Annual Meeting Livestream is separate from In-Person. In addition to the livestream program, we are offering FREE registration to Monday morning's activities for all CAS Members and family members! Complimentary registration will be open in October.

Early Registration

You are encouraged to register early for the 2024 CAS Annual Meeting.  Please note that while there is limited space at this year’s Annual Meeting, CAS will work to accommodate as many meeting registrants as is safe to do so. The CAS reserves the right to limit the number of participants.

Note Regarding Fees

There are three phases of registration fees.

Early registration is open now and ends on September 27, 2024.

Pre-registration runs from September 28 – October 18, and all attendee registration fees will increase by $200 during these dates. Similarly, accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration fees will increase by $100 during these dates.

Onsite registration

Pre-registration will end on October 18, after which prospective attendees will be directed to register onsite in Phoenix beginning on Sunday, November 3.  The onsite registration fees for attendees will increase again by $200 (and spouse/guest fees by $100).  We encourage attendees to complete registration by October 18.

The CAS will send confirmations via email to all registrants prior to the meeting.

Fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at the CAS office by October 25, 2024, less a $200 processing fee. Coupon codes for Annual Meeting registrations apply to new registrations only and cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations.

* An Active Candidate is a non-CAS member who has attempted at least one CAS DISC or actuarial exam in the last two years.

** Limited to Members of CAS Academic Central for up to three national CAS meetings or seminars each year. Academic Central Members must send an email to Margaret Gaddy at mgaddy@casact.org to request assistance with registration.

*** Person accompanying one of the following to Annual Meeting social functions: an Academic or CAS Member, Affiliate, Subscriber, Active Candidate*, or Member of an Actuarial Association Worldwide. Attendance at educational sessions is not permitted with this registration fee category.

Individual Tickets

Instead of purchasing the complete accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration package, attendees may purchase individual tickets to the social events for their guests. Individual tickets are available for the continental breakfasts, Sunday Welcome Reception, and the Monday Night Dinner.

All individual tickets sold below are already included in both the attendee and the accompanying person (spouse/guest) package registration fee. These tickets are only intended for use by attendees wishing to bring a guest to individual social functions and NOT all the social functions.  If your guest will attend all social functions, the package price of $600 (before September 27) is discounted vs the price of purchasing each individual ticket.

In-person registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by October 25, 2024, less a $200 processing fee. 

Virtual registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by October 25, 2024, less a $100 processing fee.

Only written cancellations will be honored and must be submitted via email to refund@casact.org. Cancellations received after October 25 will not be refunded.

If the CAS Annual Meeting is canceled, in-person and virtual participants receive a full refund for registration fees paid. Transportation and hotel costs or fees are the responsibility of attendee and are therefore not reimbursable by the CAS.

Virtual Registration

The registration fee is for one individual registration and includes all three days* of livestream
(Mon, Tue, Wed). Each person must register individually to obtain CE credit. Post-meeting
session recordings are an additional $100.

will apply to both CAS members and non-members.

Virtual Group Registration Instructions

1. Log in to CAS Store.
2. One representative from an organization must register for the quantity of bulk registrations (in multitudes of 6), add to cart, and complete the purchase.
3. The representative will receive an email from the CAS asking for a list of registrants and the CAS will process the registration account prior to registration for the 2024 CAS Interactive Livestreaming: Annual.

A confirmation email will be issued upon completion of registration of the individual by 
the CAS.
Another email will follow about 24 hours before the event date that will include login 
instructions.
