The 2023 CAS Annual Meeting Livestream is separate from In-Person. In addition to the livestream program, we are offering FREE registration to Monday morning's activities for all CAS Members and family members! Complimentary registration will be open in October.

The 2023 CAS Annual Meeting in-person registration fee includes educational sessions, three continental breakfasts, a luncheon on Monday, refreshment breaks, a welcome reception on Sunday and the Tuesday Night Dinner. Please note the special one-day registration for Active Candidates* on Monday, November 6. The fee is $250 and includes educational sessions, as well as Monday’s breakfast, luncheon, and refreshment breaks.

Early Registration

You are encouraged to register early for the 2023 CAS Annual Meeting.  Please note that while there is limited space at this year’s Annual Meeting, CAS will work to accommodate as many meeting registrants as is safe to do so. The CAS reserves the right to limit the number of participants.

Note Regarding Fees: All attendee registration fees will increase by $200 if the registration is received after October 13, 2023. Similarly, accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration fees will increase by $100 if the registration is received after October 13, 2023. The CAS will send confirmations via email to all registrants prior to the meeting.

Please Note: Fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at the CAS office by October 27, 2023, less a $200 processing fee. Coupon codes for Annual Meeting registrations apply to new registrations only and cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations.

* An Active Candidate is a non-CAS member who has attempted at least one actuarial exam in the last two years.

** Limited to Members of CAS Academic Central for up to three national CAS meetings or seminars each year. Academic Central Members must send an email to Margaret Gaddy at mgaddy@casact.org to request assistance with registration.

*** Person accompanying an Academic or CAS Member, Affiliate, Subscriber, Active Candidate,* or Member of an Actuarial Association Worldwide to social functions. Attendance at educational sessions is not permitted with this registration fee category

In lieu of the complete accompanying person (spouse/guest) registration package, attendees may purchase individual tickets to the social events for their guests. Individual tickets are available for the continental breakfasts, Sunday Welcome Reception, and the Tuesday Night Dinner.

All individual tickets sold below are already included in both the attendee and the accompanying person (spouse/guest) package registration fee. These tickets are only intended for use by attendees wishing to bring a guest to individual social functions and NOT all the social functions.  If your guest will attend all social functions, the package price of $475 (before October 13) is discounted vs the price of purchasing each individual ticket.

Livestream registration is now closed for the 2023 CAS Annual Meeting. The registration fee is for one individual registration and includes all three days* of livestream. Each person must register individually in order to obtain CE credit. Post-meeting session recordings are an additional $100.

Group Registration Instructions

1. Log in to CAS Store.
2. One representative from an organization must register for the quantity of bulk registrations (in multitudes of 6), add to cart, and complete the purchase.
3. The representative will receive an email from the CAS asking for a list of registrants and the CAS will process the registration account prior to registration for the 2023 CAS Interactive Livestreaming: Annual.

A confirmation email will be issued upon completion of registration of the individual by the CAS.

Another email will follow about 24 hours before the event date that will include login instructions.

• In-person registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by October 27, 2023, less a $200 processing fee.  
• Virtual registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by October 27, 2023, less a $100 processing fee.

Only written cancellations will be honored and must be submitted via email to refund@casact.org. Cancellations received after October 27 will not be refunded.

If the CAS Annual Meeting is canceled, in-person and virtual participants receive a full refund for registration fees paid. Transportation and hotel costs or fees are the responsibility of attendee and are therefore not reimbursable by the CAS.
