Room Rate: $309, plus taxes for single/double occupancy. The hotel's Urban Experience Fee is waived for rooms reserved within the Annual Meeting block.

Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
While reservations must be made prior to October 9, 2025, to receive the negotiated rate, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available should you wait until this date. CAS strongly suggests that you make your room reservations early to secure accommodation before the room block fills.

Business casual attire is recommended for the Annual Meeting. To stay comfortable in potentially cooler meeting rooms, consider bringing layers to adjust as needed. The average November temperature ranges from 71°F (21°C) to 50°F (10°C).
Registration and attendance at or participation in CAS meetings, seminars and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the CAS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Tuesday Night Event
Bull & Bowl
6:30-9:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, take over Bull & Bowl for a one-of-a-kind night in downtown Austin. Three distinct spaces are yours to explore-each with its own energy, activities, and atmosphere.
At Bull & Bowl, dive into duckpin bowling, billiards, karaoke, shuffleboard, arcade games, and the signature mechanical bull-all paired with libations and chef-driven bites. Head to Mayfair for London-inspired sophistication, plush interiors, and a DJ-driven dance floor that keeps the night moving.
Or take in sweeping skyline views at Skybox, a stunning rooftop space with floor-to-ceiling glass and an open-air terrace made for celebrating. Whether you're playing, dancing, or just soaking in the views, you set the pace. All three spaces are open all night, giving you the freedom to make this celebration entirely your own.
Wristbands required for event entry will be provided to fully registered attendees, spouses/guests, and those who pre-purchased an individual event ticket. These wristbands will be provided with your meeting badge that you pick up onsite in Austin at the CAS Registration Desk. Wristbands are required for entry to the event and are non-replaceable.
